    5. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You agree not to use Jobyart to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Jobyart, other accounts, servers, or networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scrape, crawl, copy, or automatically collect information from the Service without authorization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Send spam, phishing messages, or other unwanted communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use Jobyart for fraudulent recruitment, employment, payment, or identity-related activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use the Service in a way that could damage Jobyart, its users, or third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By submitting User Content to Jobyart, you grant Jobyart a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Job Listings and Third-Party Opportunities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Jobyart may display job opportunities, professional opportunities, company information, or other content submitted by users or third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Jobyart does not employ candidates on behalf of third-party employers and does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Certain Jobyart features may be offered for a fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you purchase a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all applicable charges disclosed before completing the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Jobyart may not directly store complete payment card information where payments are handled by such providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
